This page is devoted to taking what are generally accepted as techniques that work for living happier more productive lives, to another level of proficiency. Not only will we practice mindfulness, but we’ll learn to 'meta-live'. We won’t just capture ideas, we’ll learn to execute on those ideas. We’ll find out what we’re good at and optimize for that until we’ve made a positive impact. This is perhaps my favourite topic to write on so please let me know if I’m spot on, missed the mark or somewhere in between.
